Terms of service.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Kim's Susu, and by requesting to join any group, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by the group Rules. If you do not agree, please do not join a group.

2. Description of service

Kim's Susu provides a digital platform for group savings (susu). Members join groups, make scheduled contributions via Mobile Money, and receive pickups according to the group's arranged slot order.

3. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to join any group.
• You should be working or have a constant flow of income before joining, so you can keep up with your contributions.
• You must join only what you can comfortably afford.

4. Membership and verification

Before you are added to a group, you must provide every detail we request so we can confirm your identity. This includes:

• A clear picture of a valid ID (any recognised identification card).
• Two to three recent pictures of yourself.
• A picture of you holding your ID card up to your face.
• A one-minute video confirming that you will follow every group rule.

5. Contributions and pickups

• Contributions are made on schedule via Mobile Money and are due by 6pm on the due date. In a daily group that means 6pm each day; in a 30-day group, 6pm on the 30th day; in a 22-day group, 6pm on the 22nd day. Payments received after 6pm count as late.
• Your pickup amount does not change. What you see is what you get.
• Slot positions are assigned automatically by the system when the group starts — not when you join.
• Joining early does not secure an earlier slot. After the group starts, positions may be reordered based on payment consistency.

6. No-refund policy

Once you start making payments you are obliged to complete the cycle. All payments, including any deposit and your contributions, are non-refundable. If you default you will not be considered for a refund, regardless of how much you have contributed. Please be certain before you commit, and join only what you can afford.

7. Member conduct and seriousness

Groups depend on every member showing up on time. Casual or uncommitted participation blocks serious members and disrupts the group, so only request to join a group you fully intend to see through. No one can opt out of or exit a group, and choosing not to continue does not entitle you to a refund.

8. Limitation of liability

Kim's Susu facilitates the savings process but is not responsible for individual member defaults within a group.
